All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across Pakistan (nationwide).
We aim to cover all major cities, towns, and selected rural areas through our trusted courier partners.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Major Cities: 2 – 4 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 3 – 6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5 – 8 business days
Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard delivery charges apply on all orders
- Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or selected products
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your order through the courier’s tracking system.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery in selected areas.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier companies will attempt delivery 1–2 times. If the delivery fails, the parcel may be returned to us.
8. Delays in Delivery
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier network issues
- High order volume (sales/promotions)

Refund Policy
1. Overview
At OneCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions mentioned below.
2. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item received is different from what you ordered
- The product is unused and in original packaging
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Used or damaged by customer
- Change of mind (unless stated in promotion)
- Clearance or sale items (if mentioned non-returnable)
3. Return Time Frame
You must request a return within 3 to 7 days of delivery.
After this period, return requests will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- The product will be inspected by our team
- Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
- Store credit (if applicable)
5. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement product, subject to availability.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the mistake is from OneCart (wrong/damaged item): we cover return shipping
- If return is due to customer choice (if accepted): customer pays shipping charges
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if they are not yet shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund will not be issued in cases of:
- Customer provides wrong address
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Product damaged after delivery
- Used or altered products

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. Once cancelled, a full refund (if prepaid) will be processed.
After Shipping
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse or supplier.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product received
- Item is significantly different from description
- Product is unused and in original packaging
Return Request Time
You must request a return within 3 to 7 days after delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or washed products
- Products damaged after delivery

- Clearance / discounted items (if marked non-returnable)
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under these conditions:
- Size issue (for clothing or wearable items)
- Wrong item delivered

Exchange Rules:
- Item must be in original condition
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Exchange depends on stock availability
5. Refund vs Exchange
Once your return is approved, you can choose:
Replacement (same product or similar value item)
Refund (if replacement is not available)

- If return/exchange is customer request → Customer pays shipping cost
